Executing a well organized consignment sale requires a lot of work, and we would love to have your help.  We need Volunteer Workers to help us with set-up, Consignor Drop-Off, organizing the merchandise in a pleasing way, assisting the shoppers, and sorting the unsold items at the end of the sale for Consignors to pick-up. 

Shifts are scheduled in four-hour increments...the more you work, the better your benefits (see "Volunteer Worker Benefits" below for complete details).  We respectfully request that you do not bring your children with you to your shifts, as you will be too busy to attend to them as you normally would.  Dress comfortably and bring any snacks or drinks you may need with you.  If you have a health condition or physical limitation that restricts the jobs you are able to perform (such as back trouble or pregnancy), please send us an email after you register for your shift(s), and we'll happy to find a job that would be appropriate for your needs.  We are grateful for all the help we can get, and we take good care of our Workers! :o)

***If you are available to work during a four-hour time block that is not offered as a Volunteer Worker shift (for example, you could work from 9:00am - 1:00pm, but not the 8:00am - 12:00pm block listed), please email us to let us know, and we will try to adjust accordingly.  If you are not able to work a full four-hour shift at one time, we will split shifts into shorter periods that equal four hours...please just email us at consign@ittybittyboutique.org with your shift preferences and we'll work it out!***


Volunteer Worker Benefits

Work ONE or more four-hour shift and receive pre-shopping privileges!  Volunteer Workers earn the privilege of first admittance to the Pre-Sale at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 13th, the night before the sale opens to the public, and an hour before the sale opens to the Consignors!   The opportunity to be the first to shop the sale will allow you to have the best selection, and the time to shop at your leisure before the sale is crowded by other shoppers.  Additionally, Workers are invited to a private Half-Price Sale at 5:30 pm on Friday, October 15th, the night before the public Half-Price Sale, and an hour before Consignors are admitted to the private sale.  First admittance affords you first chance to get the best deals available at the sale!  Workers that accept shifts during the Pre-Sales will have the opportunity to shop before those Pre-Sales begin.

**Want to shop early, but not available to volunteer during sale hours?  You may earn a Pre-Sale pass by helping us distribute flyers to local businesses.  Please email us at consign@ittybittyboutique.org for more details!**

Work TWO or more four-hour shifts and receive pre-shopping privileges AND an additional 5% commission on your sales!  Workers of 2+ shifts get all of the pre-shopping opportunities listed above and a total of 75% of the selling price of each of their items sold!  Now that's a great benefit!

Work THREE or more four-hour shifts and receive pre-shopping privileges AND 75% commission on your sales AND your name will be entered in a drawing to win 80% of your sales!  Workers of 3+ shifts not only receive all of the pre-shopping privileges outlined above, they are guaranteed 75% of the selling price of each of their items sold, and for every shift completed, a slip of paper with their name will be added to the drawing for 80% commission.  The drawing will be held at Consignor Pick-Up on Saturday evening, and the winner will be notified at that time that they will be getting a larger check than they had anticipated!

Work FOUR or more four-hour shifts and we will waive your $12 administration fee, in addition to all of the above privileges!
