Opportunities to Shop Prior to Public...
Consignors receive TWO passes to the Pre-Sale on Wednesday, March 12th. One pass is for the Consignor herself/himself and will allow admittance to the Consignor Pre-Sale at 4:00 pm. The second pass is for a guest of the Consignor's choice (spouse, friend, parent, etc), which will allow admittance at 5:00 pm on the same night. Additionally, Consignors are admitted to the private Half-Price Pre-sale at 7:30 pm on Fri, March 14th. Only ONE person is admitted per pass. Volunteers are needed to help with the set-up, organization, and tear-down of the sale. We value their help so much that we will give them first dibs on shopping...
*Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale for those who work 1 shift is 3:30pm on Wed. March 12th.
*Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale for those that work 2-3 shifts is 3:00pm on Wed. March 12th.
*Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale for those who work 4-5 shifts, is 2:00pm on Wed. March 12th.
*Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale for those who work 6 or more shifts is 1:30pm

If you expecting, adopting, or your oldest child/grandchild is 12 months or younger, we'd love to invite you to shop the First-Time Parent/Grandparent Pre-Sale on Wednesday, March 12th at 7:00 pm. Please click on the red box above to submit a request. We will add you to our mailing list and to our invitation list at the door on Pre-Sale night. Due to an overwhelming response for these passes at previous sales, we have found it necessary to limit the passes to the first 150 respondents. Only ONE person is admitted per pass!

Cash is preferred to expedite checkout lines (please, no bills larger than $20), but we also accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards with photo identification! No personal checks will be accepted.
Children are welcome at our Public Sale, though we ask that you keep them at your side at all times to ensure their safety. We respectfully request that those who have passes to the Pre-Sales on Wednesday and Friday evenings arrange for childcare, as these events will be crowded.
Please enter the sale through the Webster Dining Room. The exterior gym doors are for exit only.
It is helpful to bring a laundry basket or tote to carry the items you plan to purchase in, keeping your arms free to collect more!
Camp Harlow is wheelchair and stroller accessible (though strollers are not recommended during our busy sale times).
