Consigned with us before?  Now it's easier than ever to make $$$!  You're going to LOVE the benefits of our new automated sale system!

Easier Tagging...
The online tag creator helps you to format tags for all of your items in the blink of an eye! The system "remembers" words and phrases that you've typed in before (such as brand names, item descriptions, etc) and offers suggestions as you type so you can quickly finish each tag!

Item Inventory...
Once you have entered your items into the tag creator, the system will generate a report of your inventory and track which items sold and which did not.

Estimate Earnings...
Sale organizers have the ability to upload reports periodically during the course of the sale so that Consignors are able to see approximately how much their sales total to date!

Security for your Items...
We have not had a huge problem with lost tags at our previous sales, but occasionally a card would become seperated from an item.  It required a lot of research to find out which Consignor submitted the item, and it could not be sold until we did.  Now, our system has a wonderful item look-up function!  Sale organizers can enter a couple of key words to determine which Consignor has the particular item in his/her inventory, allowing it to quickly make it back to the sales floor!

We think you'll love all the new functions our automated system has to offer, but please do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions or concerns after giving it a try!

How to Consign

Want to turn your gently used kid-related items into CASH?? Consignor Registration for our Fall 2010 Sale is now OPEN!

Consignment sales yield the Consignor much higher profits than garage sales, with much less work!  Consignors set their own prices, typically 25-50% of the original retail price, and we'll handle all the details involved in organizing the sale so you don't have to!  Consignors keep 70% of the selling price of each of their items sold.  itty bitty boutique earns a modest 30% commission, and deducts a $12 administration fee from the Consignor's check at the end of the sale to help cover some of the overhead costs.  Consignors that work two or more Volunteer Worker shifts earn 75% of their sales (please see the
Volunteer Worker page for more information)!  Here's what you need to do to become a Consignor...
  1. Click HERE to register as a Consignor for the Fall/Winter 2010 Sale!  We are using a new automated system for this event that we think will be easy-peasy for Consignors to use, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.  All Consignors, even those who have participated in previous sales, must register using the above link.  New Consignor numbers will be issued to all registrants, as the automated system we are now using does not support the alphanumeric Consignor numbers we have used in the past.  The system will prompt you to signify that you have reviewed the Consignor Agreement and will abide by its stipulations before completing your registration.
  2. Clean out your kids' closets, toy rooms, bookshelves, and pull together your baby equipment no longer in use. Please make sure that all the items you choose to put in the sale are in like-new condition, have no stains, tears, are of the current styles, include all associated pieces, and are in working order.  We reserve the right to refuse any item that we deem inappropriate for the sale.  Please refer to our Preparing Items for Sale page for detailed lists of items that will be accepted and those that will not.
  3. Clean, hang, and tag your items (using the new automated system on our website!) for sale.  In order to keep our sale organized and easy for everyone to shop, we have created detailed instructions on getting your items ready for the sale.  Please see our Preparing Items for Sale page for specific instructions and to access the tag creator.
  4. Drop your items off to us Monday, October 11th, Tuesday, October 12th, or the morning of Wednesday, October 13th.  Drop-off appointments are available Monday between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm and Tuesday between 8:00am and 8:00pm....click HERE to schedule your Drop-Off appointment.  Appointments may be adjusted later if you find that your schedule changes, but we would appreciate you scheduling a tentative appointment as soon as you can so that we can begin scheduling adequate Volunteer Workers to assist you.  Open Drop-Off (no appointment necessary) will be held from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Wednesday, after which we will close registration and organize the space for the Pre-Sales later that afternoon/evening.  Please bring your clothing items sorted by GENDER and SIZE to expedite the drop-off process.  We reserve the right to return any item we deem inappropriate for the sale - please adhere closely to the guidelines on the Preparing Items for Sale page of this website so that you do not waste time tagging items that will not be accepted.  Plan to spend 30 minutes to an hour at drop-off, though it may take less.  We'll ask that you help put away your toys, shoes, nursery items, etc. while we hang your clothes.
  5. Mark your calendar to shop the Consignors' Pre-sale at 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 13th.  This is the night before the sale opens to the public, and will afford you great selection!  You will receive one pass for yourself for 5:00pm admittance, and a bonus pass for a spouse or guest, who will be admitted at 6:00pm!  For every $10 you spend at the Pre-Sale, a slip with your name will be added to a drawing to win 80% commission on your Consignor sales!  Consignors are also invited to shop the Half-Price Pre-Sale at 6:30pm on Friday, October 15th.  Anything that hasn't been marked "ND" (No Discount) will be sold for 50% off!   For every $10 you spend on this night, you will add yet another slip to the 80% commision drawing!  The drawing will be held on Saturday, October 16th at Consignor Pick-Up. *We ask that Consignors shop alone during the Pre-Sale, though you may invite a spouse or friend to shop an hour later (at 6:00pm) that same evening.  While your children are welcome to shop with you during the public sale hours, we respectfully request that no children be brought to the Pre-Sales. *  The space will be crowded, the shopping time limited, and it presents a safety issue to have young children running about.  Want to shop even earlier?  Become a Volunteer Worker and shop the Pre-Sale ahead of the rest of the Consignors!  Encourage your spouse or friend to volunteer as well, and the two of you CAN shop together during the Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale!  Go to our Volunteer Worker page for more details.
  6. Pick up your unsold items on Saturday, October 16th between 7:00pm - 8:30pm.  By registering as a Consignor, you are accepting the stipulation that any unsold items not picked up during this time will be donated to Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lane County to benefit abused and neglected children in the area.  We are absolutely unable to make any exceptions to this rule.  Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to hold items for later pick-up, as we have to vacate Camp Harlow Saturday night.  If you are unable to pick up the items yourself, please arrange to have a friend or family member do it for you!
  7. Look for your check to arrive in the mail on or before October 31st!  You will receive 70% of the selling price of your sold items, less a $12 administration fee.
