3:00 pm SUPER Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale
Super Volunteers, defined as those who have worked four or more four-hour shifts this season, will be rewarded for their dedication by shopping one hour in advance of the regular Volunteer Worker Pre-Sale! It will not be necessary to have a physical pass for admittance to this event; rather, the names of those eligible to attend will be compiled in a list at the door.

5:00 pm Consignor Pre-Sale
Consignors are asked to bring along their passes, distributed at Drop-Off. The pass is intended to be used for ONE person only...a guest of the Consignor's choice (spouse, friend, family member) may use the Consignor Guest pass for 6:00pm admittance to the Pre-Sale. We respectfully request that you arrange for childcare, as the event will be crowded and overwhelming for children.

7:00 pm First-Time Parent/Grandparent Pre-Sale
Request a pass to this special event if you expecting, adopting, or your oldest child/grandchild is 12 months or younger. Passes are limited to the first 150 respondents. We request that children do not attend Pre-Sale events, but will make an exception for nursing infants (must be carried in a sling/baby carrier...NO STROLLERS, please!).

We will re-open Consignor Drop-Off for this four-hour block ONLY, in order to give sellers another opportunity to submit items for sale. Please see the How to Consign page for more details.

Any remaining item that has NOT been marked with an ND (indicating NO DISCOUNT) by the Consignor is 50% off!
2:00 pm Sale Closes for the Season!

10:30 am Consignor Pick-Up Opens
All remaining items that have not been sold will be sorted out into piles by Consignor number order for easy pick-up.
12:00 pm Consignor Pick-Up Closes
12:01 pm Remaining Items Donated to CASA and FAAPA
Items that have not been picked up by Consignors by 12:01pm will become the property of the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Lane County and the Foster and Adoptive Parent Association of Lane County. Donated items will be made immediately available to foster parents at the Foster Family "Shop" that afternoon. Remaining items will then be moved to the CASA Closet for later distribution to children in foster care.
12:30 pm Foster Family "Shop" Opens
